MAKING A DEPOSIT
Depositing are not accepted on the website. Please contact us if you would like to make a deposit for an upcoming stay, we'll manually send you an invoice. 

 

PAYMENT REQUIREMENT

Payment is required in full for the following time frames

• Summer Season: 45 Days before Date of Check-in

• Winter Season: 30 Days before Date of Check

If payment is not paid in full, the property will become available for the public to book. Rates will be subject to change without notice.

 

CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY

In the event of cancellation, Refund calculation is as followed
• 85% refund, if canceled 45 days prior to the guest Check-in Date
• 70% refund, if canceled 30 days prior to the guest Check-in Date
• There is no refund if canceled less than 15 days prior to Check-in Date or No-Shows

We only refund the payment method that was originally used to book for your stay

 

WEDDINGS
Yes, Our Villa can host up to 150 people. Expert wedding planner available to assist with all needs.

 

TRANSPORTATION
We can refer you to multiple professional, safe, reliable drivers upon request. 

 

BEACHES / TOURISM
The nearest beach and other tourist attractions are about a 5 to 10-minute drive away

 

BOOKING DEPOSIT REQUIRED
Reservation is not held until 30% deposit is paid. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

 

WHAT IF I CANCEL? 
Lose 10% booking if canceled at least 60 days before arrival.
